About Strutt & Parker

Strutt & Parker was founded in 1885 by the partnership of two friends, Edward Gerald Strutt and Charles Alfred Parker, who set out to provide estate management services to their local community. Today the business has grown to be one of the largest property partnerships in the UK, offering services and professional support in all aspects of property and land.

As the business has grown and expanded into new areas, it has retained a belief in the value of professionalism, knowledge and client understanding to provide the best possible service for all clients.

Strutt & Parker today, and through history, has a love of the land, of homes, of developing and creating business opportunities through property and above all a belief in the power of true partnerships with clients. This is what the Strutt & Parker brand has come to represent and why presenting the brand in a unified and consistent way will be critical to our future success.
